Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Compensation: $43-$52 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: Close to Fox Chapel, PA
Benefits: Full
Sign-on bonus
Must be able to practice with Loupes and have appropriate licensure for local anesthesia

We’re a busy, positive, and team-oriented environment seeking a motivated and skilled hygienist dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal therapies and hygiene services. We value strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive oral hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other prescribed procedures.
- Thoroughly examine patients’ oral cavities, head, and neck, noting any signs of oral disease (e.g., periodontal disease, oral cancer).
- Accurately document patient dental history, chief complaints, and clinical observations.
- Deliver pediatric dental care as needed.
- Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Utilize dental software (Softdent) for efficient recordkeeping.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Local anesthesia certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in chairside assisting and patient care.
- Solid understanding of dental terminology and medical recordkeeping.
- Experience with dental software (Softdent preferred).
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
